Do you provide childcare at any venue?
We provide onsite childcare at venues within an 80-mile round-trip travel radius from St. Petersburg, Florida. Please contact us for locations outside our service area.
Can you accommodate large weddings?
Absolutely. We offer customized caregiver and childcare packages for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us with your event details and we’ll recommend the package that best fits your needs.
What ages do you care for?
We provide onsite childcare for children from infancy through 16 years old. Activities and care are tailored to each age group to ensure every child feels safe, engaged, and cared for.
What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our top priority. We maintain a structured environment with active supervision at all times. We follow proper check-in and check-out procedures, keep a low child-to-caregiver ratio, and ensure all activities are safe and age-appropriate. We are always attentive, organized, and prepared for any situation.
Do you provide snacks or supplies?
We will provide basic supplies such as games, activities, and crafts. Snack options can be discussed during booking—parents may provide snacks, or we can coordinate them as an add-on service depending on the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, however, if cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond control(weather, venue closure) rescheduling may(but is not required to) be offered based on availability.
How many caregivers will be present?
The number of caregivers depends on the number and ages of children. We maintain appropriate child-to-caregiver ratios to ensure every child receives proper attention, care, and supervision at all times.
What forms of payment do you accept and how do we pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you sign our service agreement to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Please note that a 3% transaction processing fee applies to all online card payments. We also accept payments via CashApp and Venmo.
Are you fully insured?
Yes! We carry general liability, professional liability, and abuse and molestation coverage to help ensure a safe and secure childcare experience for every event.
